Staffing Policy

Our employees must, although they have their own responsibilities, always feel supported by the management team in their day-to-day work. We are a down-to-earth company with short decision-making paths. Gender and ethnic origin play no role in who we decide to employ. It is technical know-how and personal dedication that count.

The employees must feel secure and settled in their work, be stimulated and able to develop through their assignments.  This will be achieved partly through technically interesting tasks and partly through different activities both during and outside working hours that strengthen the social ties between colleagues. The development and balance of an individual are directly linked to Consat’s continued success.
