Kort om Consat

Consat startades 1986 och är idag en av Sveriges ledande, privatägda ingenjörshus. Bolagsgruppen växer ständigt av egen kraft i takt med en ökande efterfrågan av våra tjänster och produkter.

Vi är organiserade inom dotterbolagen Consat Engineering AB med affärsområdena Industriteknik och Elektronik & Systemutveckling, Consat Telematics AB som utvecklar och tillhandahåller ITS system för kollektivtrafik, Consat Data AB som arbetar med nätverks- och systemunderhåll och Consat Sustainable Energy Systems AB som genomför energieffektiviseringsprojekt inom kommersiella fastigheter.

Vi arbetar långsiktigt och i en nära relation med våra kunder, antingen på plats hos dem eller på något av våra kontor. Fokus i vårt arbete ligger alltid på kundnyttan.

Historik

Visionen från starten 1986 var ett begränsat antal ingenjörer med fokus på utvecklingsintensiva uppdrag inom området specialmaskiner. Vår slogan ”Ingenjörer med passion för teknik” beskriver väl vad som alltid har gällt i företaget. Från namnförslaget SATCON till CONSAT, på initiativ från PRV en fredagseftermiddag, så var företaget etablerat.Långsiktiga relationer till våra kunder är och har alltid varit vårt motto.

Vårt första uppdrag erhöll vi från Volvo Bussar, en kund som än idag är med oss.

Redan från början var det viktigt för oss att satsa på personalaktiviteter utanför själva verksamheten där familjen involverades i möjligaste mån. Alltför att stärka banden till företaget och skapa en god gemenskap.

Under slutet av 1980-talet anställdes ett antal ingenjörer med bakgrund inom specialmaskiner, vilket så småningom blev grunden till vår kompetens inom området. 1992 drabbades vi av stora kundförluster i samband med finans- och bankkrisen. Vi har i en positiv bemärkelse tagit lärdom av dessa tider och i vissa delar anpassat verksamheten utifrån detta.

Consat Engineering AB är en ingenjörsbyrå helägd av Consat AB. Basen ligger i Partille och satellitkontor finns i Göteborg och Stockholm.

Våra kunder värdesätter vår skicklighet inom produkt- och produktionsutveckling. Vi erbjuder enskilda ingenjörs- och specialisttjänster på konsultbasis till heltäckande förstudier med skräddarsydda projektleveranser framtagna i våra egna verkstäder.

Uppdragen inleds med grundläggande analyser och därefter kompletta entreprenader med garanterad energieffektivisering.

Consat SES är också exklusiva återförsäljare i Norden av en av världens mest effektiva gråvatten värmeväxlare för värmeåtervinning för duschar.

Consat Telematics AB är helägt av Consat AB. Företaget är baserat i Partille och har dotterbolag i USA, Kanada och Norge.

Vi på Consat Telematics är specialister på telematik för fordon med fokus på system för kollektivtrafik.

Vi har stor internationell erfarenhet och erbjuder kompletta och kundanpassade ITS-lösningar för städer, regioner och operatörer.

Data

Consat Data AB är ett helägt dotterbolag av Consat AB baserat i Partille.

Consat Data är en komplett partner inom IT och våra produkter och tjänster täcker ett mycket brett spektra. Vårt ledord är problemfri drift så långt det är möjligt och vi har specialiserat oss inom bl.a. systemövervakning.

Med hjälp av vår programvara får vi realtidsinformation från våra kunders system och kan proaktivt avhjälpa eventuella problem innan de drabbar användarna. Kontakta oss gärna för mer information och kostnadsförslag.

Storleken på våra kunder varierar från en fristående dator till nätverk med hundratals arbetsstationer och servrar. Skälen till att anlita oss kan vara flera.   • Employees and consultants. During the course of our business relationship, your personal data will inevitably be shared with our employees and consultants. However, we will restrict access to those of our employees and consultants who need it to perform their jobs.
  • Group Companies. We may transfer information about you to other Consat group companies for purposes connected with our relationship with you and the company you represent.
  • Netgroup Companies. Consat is a part owner of Netgroup Engineering AB and works in close collaboration with its network of technology companies www.netgroup.com. For the purpose of providing our services and to offer other affiliated services to you, we may share information about you with other companies in the Netgroup network.
  • Suppliers and subcontractors. Your personal data may be transferred to or shared with third parties, in the ordinary course of business and to the extent required by the business relationship between Consat, you and the company you represent. For example, we may engage suppliers, subcontractors or other third parties to help provide products and services to you, or the company you represent.

We may also engage service providers that supply services to us which require the processing of personal data. For example, marketing agencies, database service providers, hosting and backup service providers, email service providers and others.

Please note that our suppliers and subcontractors are not authorised to use or disclose your personal data except as necessary to perform services on our behalf, or to comply with legal requirements.

  • Legal obligations. Sometimes legal obligations may require us to share information about you, for example if required by law or legal process, or due to law enforcement agencies following an appropriate request.

Consat will process your personal data in a conventional and regular recruitment manner. For example, we may need to process your data to enter into a contract with you regarding the employment. This also includes taking steps prior to entering into a contract with you.

Processing data from job applicants allows us to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment and choose between candidates.

  • To manage all aspects of the recruitment process. We may also keep and use your personal data for a limited period of time to consider you for potential future roles. If you are not interested in any other positions than the one you are applying for, please reach out to us and let us know you wish to be excluded. Your application will be saved for this purpose as long as you are considered an interesting candidate, but no longer than twelve (12) months. However, we may contact you to ask if you want to review and update your application to continue to be included in our pool of potential candidates.

If your application has been successful and you are hired, the data collected will become part of your employment record and will be used for employment purposes, in accordance with our employee privacy policy.

Netgroup är ett nätverksbolag som består av flera nischade teknikföretag. Netgroup fokuserar på fordonsbranchen och erbjuder över 1200 konsulter som löser våra kunders alla tänkbara – och otänkbara – utmaningar

Lindholmen Science Park är en internationell samverkansmiljö för forskning, innovation och utbildning inom Transport, ICT och Media.

Lindholmen Science Park erbjuder en neutral utvecklingsmiljö där aktörer från näringsliv, akademi och samhälle tillsammans kan driva stora forsknings- och utvecklingsprojekt. Consat är med som en av Lindholmen Science Parks delägare. Under mer än 10 år har vi varit med och skapat framgångsrika samarbeten och innovationer.

Ericsson

Consat och Ericsson har bildat ett partnerskap med fokus på affärer inom ITS för kollektivtrafik och smarta städer.

Consat Telematics är idag nordens största bolag inom området och ihop med Ericsson globalt offensiva satsning inom Networked Society kan vi kombinera bolagens respektive styrkor för att tillsammans nå större och fler affärer.

Volvo Bussar

Sedan 2005 har Consat och Volvo Bussar AB ett fördjupat partnerskap inom utveckling av telematiksystem.

Tillsammans har vi idag telematiksystem i de flesta av jordens världsdelar . Systemen används för att förbättra och effektivisera kollektivtrafik för såväl bussoperatörer som trafikhuvudmän.
